Anáhuac University has chosen MaestroVision’s technology for recording and managing its courtrooms. Our technology enables very high quality and 100% automated recording. No cameraman, no soundman and no production manager are needed to make a professional recording, thanks to artificial intelligence developed by MaestroVision that can detect the person speaking, automatically align the cameras, make the switch and adjust the audio levels; all this, as if a production team was on site.

MaestroVision’s President, Claude Turcotte, was proud to present his solution to Mexico’s Justice Minister, Dr. Javier Laynez Potisek and Law School Director, Dr. Ricardo Sodi Cuellar.

The introduction of this new technology on Mexican territory is just one example of MaestroVision’s development potential.

Samuel Gosselin is our new junior software engineer.

MaestroVision, a leading international video solutions provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Samuel Gosselin as a new Junior Software Engineer. He will be based in the Montreal office.

Mr. Gosselin will report directly to Philippe Trempe, Vice President Engineering at MaestroVision. As a junior software engineer, he will develop new software applications and support the team in all ongoing projects.

“We are delighted to welcome Mr. Gosselin to our team, whose great curiosity, innovative spirit and infectious enthusiasm will enable him to learn more from our experienced technical team, develop new technologies, and contribute to MaestroVision’s growth initiatives, “said Mr. Turcotte, President and CEO of Maestrovision. “We wish him a lot of success in this new adventure.”

Samuel Gosselin is a software engineering student at Concordia University.

He entered the field of technology following a computer science course at École Polytechnique de Montréal as part of a certificate in cyber-investigation. In this course, he was introduced to computer programming. He discovered the potential of computer programs to develop solutions that are limited to the imagination. It was the latter that sparked such powerful interest that he changed his career vision: from a police career to a career in computer science.

“It’s a great honor for me to be part of this great team of talented people! I can’t wait to get to work and leave my mark at MaestroVision,” said Samuel.

The Integrated Services in Abuse and Violence (SIAM), of the Integrated University Center for Health and Social Services (CIUSSS) of the Capitale-Nationale, have set up, “a unique project in Quebec that puts the child at the heart of their services“. They set up two listening rooms with MaestroVision technology, including our KEYSERV recording system and our VEOTEK media asset manager. Both of these applications allow you to record, save, share and replay all media files.

The investment in this new 100% Quebec technology, designed and manufactured by MaestroVision, offers the possibility of indexing all notes from an interrogation. This feature allows you to quickly find and consult a specific time in an interview, allowing investigators to save valuable time. Moreover, this system is of a disconcerting simplicity. An investigator no longer needs the services of a technician to use the system.

We are proud to be an integral part of this project and we hope that our technology will support the teams that will work with children, youth and their families. In fact, we provided this technology at a 50% discount to SIAM to support their cause.
